Shipping and Returns

As a handcrafted tea company, orders are processed in the order they are received and usually take 2-3 days to craft the perfect blend before they ship (this does not include weekends and holidays). All orders will be shipped the following business day after processing . A flat rate of $3.00 is charged to ship within the contiguous US. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment of your order.

Returns

We want our customers be happy with their purchases from Chai Moto. If you are not 100% satisfied you may return your items for a refund minus the shipping fee within 21 days of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@chaimoto.com for any questions. You will receive a reply within two days.
